Company Description

EFIM, the European Federation of Internal Medicine is a scientific non-for-profit organisation bringing together 48 national societies of internal medicine in Europe and beyond.

Role Description

EFIM is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of EFIM and assist the Executive Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to work in an international scientific environment and gain experience in the coordination of European activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic website CMS/social media tools
  • A proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
  • Interest in healthcare, non-profit, or European organisations is an advantage
  • Background or experience in event management is highly desirable
