We are looking for a HR Advisor for our Work Dynamics business line
Role Purpose:
You are responsible to coordinate major TUPE (locally CAO/CCT 32 bis) transitionsas described below.
On a daily basis, you will interact with the HR Belux team (People Experience partners and HR business support), as well as with the EMEA transition team. You will report to the Senior People Experience Partner Belux.
What this job involves:
- Identify the affected employees.
- Liaise with the incumbent HR team
- Review existing benefits and obligations.
- Gather all relevant information about the transferring employees.
- Inform work councils.
- Conduct consultations on the implications of the transfer.
- Attend townhalls with the transferring employees.
- Draft transfer letters .
- Hold 1:1 meetings with the affected employees to present transfer offer
- Keep employees regularly informed throughout the process.
- Liaise with the local JLL HR Business Service team who will be responsible for the administrative onboarding.
- Support the integration of the transferred employees.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
- Degree educated with a minimum of 3 to 5 years or equivalent work experience
- Experience of Tupe transitions and of work council is a must
- Fluent in French/Dutch/English, both written and spoken
- Be proactive and a decisive thinker who makes decisions based on sound commercial and legal knowledge
- Previous HR experience within a fast-paced matrixed organisation preferable
- Good listening & consultative skills
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with complete confidentiality
