As part of Mondelēz International Business Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance
How you will contribute
In this role, you will oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities and ensure the effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools. In addition, you will plan for and make sure that daily activities are completed, and implement and monitor quality standards for your team, including reviewing and adjusting key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement. You will also monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction. As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team to ensure they are providing excellent responses to queries and requests, and manage individual performance.

- 10 + y experience in HR
- Dutch speaking is a must
- Experience working in Manufacturing industry is pre
What you need to know about this position:
Vision, strategy & leadership
- Ensures global vision, brand and identity of People Services are tailored to the needs of BNL
- Collaborates across the BNL Market to ensure People Services strategy is aligned to the market needs and drives the implementation at Market level
- Provides guidance and leadership to the PE Advisors to support service delivery and manages consistency within the Market
- Provides leadership and direction to the BU Squad consistent of PE advisors and My Work & Life Events Advisors
Operational Delivery:
- Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the Market
- Acts as a key interface between the business unit and shared service centre; promoting self-service, flagging Market requirements to SSC and advising the Business on SSC support
- Leads Market Squads consisting of local People Experience Advisors, Talent Acquisition Lead/ Advisors as well as centrally located Employee Life Events teams to ensure Market needs are met in an efficient and effective way
- Leads and oversees Employee Relations service delivery where not supported by Shared Services/ delivered by the People Experience Advisors
- Promotes the HR operating model within the BU and seeks the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience
- Acts as point of escalation for the Market Leadership Team
- Uses Market knowledge to identify specific Market requirements and applies this in service delivery
- Understands the wider support network including Capability team, EX team, Service Management, etc and works with them to satisfy specific BU requirements
Continuous Improvement:
- Responsible for application of the service delivery model and end-to-end process framework for the Market; driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with a employee driven culture
- Takes a continuous improvement focus to ensure great employee experience for all employees within a Market as well as more and more efficient service delivery
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
