Context of the project :

Part of the global pharmacometrics team within clinical pharmacology, which is part of the translational science and clinical development organisation. The team is global in different countries: Germany, Belgium, UK, France, Italy

Your responsabilities :

• Population PK modeling/PKPD

• Exposure response

• Clinical trial simulation – helping with the design and analysis of the clinical trial data (predominantly from Phase 1 through the life cycle management od the project)

• Running reports, analysis plan

Profil :

• If with a master’s degree, the candidate should have 10-15 years of industry experience (not academic experience)

• If PhD or post-doc, the candidate should have min 5 years of industry experience (not academic experience)

Must have criteria:

• Experience with population PKPD model, exposure response, clinical trial simulations using pharmacometrics framework, expertise of model informed drug development (specifical MIDD profiles)

• If with a master’s degree, the candidate should have 10-15 years of industry experience (not academic experience)/If PhD or post-doc, the candidate should have min 5 years of industry experience (not academic experience)

• Tools: NonMem, Expert in R

Nice to have criteria:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience

• Strategic understanding of applications

• Focus on specific therapy area/molecules - neurology or rheumatology, large molecule, gene therapy

Languages: English (mandatory)
