Description

We are looking for Principal Design Leader to drive the architecture, development, and launch of next generation power management IC’s for the automotive industry. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in mixed-signal circuit design and in-depth understanding to architect products for given specifications. The candidate should have the capability to provide technical leadership, design and develop automotive mixed-signal IC’s, as well as experience in debugging/verifying design issues.

Responsibilities
  • Design and architect power management IC’s and related silicon/system designs
  • Contribute to product definition and provide design feedback for the PRD
  • Collaborate with verification, process, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize performance at silicon level and successfully bring new products from initial concept through production release
  • Define new circuit R&D to be ahead of current technology
Qualifications
  • Must have active hands-on experience in mixed-signal IC design in a technical leadership role
  • Experience with power management and/or automotive IC design is highly desired
  • Experience in automotive product definition and ISO26262 is a plus
  • Has seen (automotive) IC design projects through from concept to production
  • Willing to work in a multi-site environment with engineering teams across the globe
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience.
  • MSEE or equivalent
