Functieomschrijving
Je ontwikkelt, configureert en optimaliseert onze industriële foaming process concepten.

Je beoordeelt onze schuimprocessen en neemt de nodige maatregelen op basis van proces- en QC-data en dit samen met de procesingenieurs.

Je bereidt de schuimproeven voor, zet deze op en zorgt ook voor de begeleiding tijdens de uitvoering.

Je zorgt voor stabiele schuimprocessen.

Samen met productie beheer je de schuim- en verzaaggerelateerde KPI’s.

Je voert risicobeoordelingen uit en past hierbij de Management of Change principes toe.

Je analyseert en interpreteert de SPC data om zo het foaming- en finishing-proces te stabiliseren en optimaliseren.

Je geeft leiding aan en coacht de procesingenieurs en de procesingenieur finishing lines.

Profiel
Je hebt een Master in Chemical Engineering of Bio Engineering.

Je hebt enige jaren ervaring in proces engineering en kent SPC.

Je werkt oplossings- en resultaatgericht.

Je bent analytisch en conceptueel sterk.

Je bent communicatief en toont het nodige leadership.

Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.
6 Sigma Black Belt is een pluspunt.
