About Our Client

Our client is a global company active within the Heating & Ventilation sector (HVAC). In order to sustain their growth in Belgium, they are currently looking for a new product Manager.

the role is open for junior profile with a 1st experience in marketing and offers a interesting growth potential.

Job Description

As the successful Product Manager - HVAC Sector - you will have the following responsibilities:

  • will have a full understanding of the market requirements for boilers and hot water tanks in Belgium.
  • This implies developing precise knowledge of the market, its size, structure, segmentation and potential for our solutions.
  • Define the distribution strategy through the various channels, and the tactics to maximize the market shares in Belgium to mid & long term.
  • Actively support the sales teams to optimize business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Translate the market requirements into technical specifications for the Product Management team in the global HQ
  • Manage the placing on the Belgian market of the products and solutions in his area of responsibility.
  • Report regularly on the various projects of the Belgian roadmap and will work in close collaboration with the product management team in France.

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Product Manager - HVAC Sector - you will have the following requirements:

  • At least a prior experience in Product Manager (ideally 2 to 5 years), with an interest in the field of HVAC systems or in a technological environment
  • Able to work independently in a team in a matrix organization
  • Strong interest in technology and innovation, open-mindedness
  • Analytical and strong planning skills
  • Team player
  • Strategic orientation but with attention to detail
  • Higher education (Bachelor degree at least)
  • Engineering or marketing degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Very good knowledge of NL / FR / EN
