PROJECT COORDINATOR (m/v)

BIM e-Solutions, with offices in Luxembourg (LUX) and Antwerp (BE), provides an online platform service to African governments who are aiming to track all cargo entering the country. Our solution offers increased: transparency, efficiency and opportunities to fight fraud.

BIM e-Solutions was the first company in the world to implement a fully operational Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) application that allows forwarders from all over the world to exchange information about shipments with the respective authorities.

In this regard, we have developed a user-friendly and progressive online ECTN platform that is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry and our customers.

As part of its further development, BIM e-Solutions has recently launched a new project called "Spinnaker". Project Spinnaker is an advanced "deep dive" into the ECTN process and its data. We research and identify opportunities and insights to not only improve our services, but also to connect and engage stakeholders. Furthermore, this project aims to increase the integrity of ECTN data.

The company consists of a small team of passionate individuals who all have a role adapted to their own talents and interests. The team members complement each other and value teamwork and initiative. BIM e-Solutions has a modern structure in which each role has its own responsibilities.

Profil

To further complement the BIM e-Solutions team, we are looking for a flexibleand customer drivenproject coordinator with commercialexperience .

You are very good at starting, following upand evaluatinga projector a customerrelationship from A to Z .A difficult question from the customer or a crisis situation? That does not knock you out of your stride. On the contrary, it motivates you to look for the ideal, feasible solution for the client, taking into account the values and objectives of BIM e-Solutions. Moreover, your project management skills play an important role in our ambitious Project Spinnaker.

· You have a genuine interest in everything that happens in Africa

· You have experience working in Africa

· You have min. 5 years¿ experience in the above

As our customersand prospects are Africabased ,it is necessary to travelfrom time to time .Leaving tomorrow on a last-minute business trip? That’s fine by you.

A strong knowledgeof Frenchand English(both written and spoken) is a must for this position. This way, you can communicate smoothly with customers and prospects. Team meetings will also always be held in English.
