Job description

Pauwels Consulting is searching for a Project Management Officer (payroll or freelance) to join it’s growing management team. Are you the one-in-a-kind Project Management Officer that dares to take on challenging projects at our clients?

Your responsibilities:

  • You support the processes and tooling (e.g. SAP, Sharepoint, Service Now, etc.)
  • You support the financial processes
  • You guide and train process actors in the use of processes and tooling
  • You organize various committees (e.g. approval gates, infrastructure, portfolio meetings, etc.)
  • You act as a reference point for questions and information about project delivery processes
  • You keep own knowledge management up-to-date

    Have you got what it takes?

    • You have knowledge of project management methods
    • You have knowledge of processes for project selection, project application and project execution
    • You have knowledge of tooling
    • You have thorough knowledge of management reporting, governance meetings
    • You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
    • You have relevant work experience of 3 years
    • You have knowledge of Dutch or French and English (oral and written)
