We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Project Managers to join our dynamic team at Axians Communication Solutions and Axians Telecom & Networks. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Ensure the overall management of the project(s) to provide compliant deliveries on time and within allocated budget cost
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget. Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and monitor risks throughout the project execution.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and drive satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed project status reports to stakeholders, tracking progress and addressing any issues.

Business Development:

  • Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts
  • Drawing up commercial proposals tailored to customer needs, carrying out feasibility studies and market analyses to guide strategic decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years in similar position(s)
  • Fluency in Dutch & English
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
