In search of a Property Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and operational management of a building portfolio
  • Regular site visits
  • Supervision of technical works in common areas
  • Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, elevators, fire safety, plumbing, electricity
  • Reading and interpreting inspection reports, technical plans and diagrams
  • Maintenance contract management and legal compliance
  • Follow-up of inspections, maintenance and regulatory conformity
  • Secondary contact for tenants (primary support via the Solution Center)
  • Handling of complex or blocked cases via the Solution Center
  • Budget management: annual budgeting, quarterly follow-up, cost control
  • Use of internal property management software
  • Analysis and comparison of technical quotes, creation of purchase orders
  • Accurate follow-up of invoices and orders
  • Claims management: declaration, assessment, repairs and financial closure
  • Follow-up of co-ownership and representation in the owners’ council
  • Participation in general assemblies and co-ownership budget management

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction or equivalent
  • Technical and administrative experience in property management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, precision and autonomy
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Proficient in IT tools
  • Geographically flexible (multiple sites)
  • Good command of French, Dutch and English
  • Practical mindset, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage budgets and meet deadlines
