Functieomschrijving As apurchasing specialist you assist the purchasing manager with the purchase of materials and services to guarantee the operation of the site. You take into account user satisfaction in terms of price, quality and delivery times.
  • You investigate purchase requests, replacement plans, contracts and open purchases
  • You approach new suppliers and negotiate contracts with them. In addition, you also collect all information about the current suppliers in order to be able to conduct a thorough analysis of the collaborations
  • You prepare quotations and follow up orders from start to finish
  • You register and archive the purchase file and update the supplier database
  • You identify the needs, conditions and type of purchase and provide a quantitative and qualitative analysis Profiel
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree and you have a first experience in a similar position
  • You have an affinity with purchasing, logistics and or warehousing
  • You are analytically strong, stress resistant and communicative
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an added value
  • You work fluently with MS Office and have a fluent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus
