RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the End to End supply chain including inventory control, logistics and distribution/delivery to various customers site around the world.
  • Setup logistics and procurement processes for new market/regions
  • As a change leader, you will help introduce process improvements in the supply chain
  • Understand our technology and build a network of vendors specialised in the hardware we use today
  • Work directly with sales and delivery to forecast inventory needs
  • Facilitating delivery contracts and purchase orders for all procurement needs.
  • Managing vendor contracts and relationships with suppliers. Establish a partnership with key vendors to ensure we are involved in new product releases and End of Life timeline.

Requirements

  • have a master/bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Operations/Logistics or any other degree with a passion for logistics
  • have 3-4 years of experience in the logistics/procurement management sector
  • have experience in applying methodologies related to process analysis, process improvement or supply chain improvement
  • have experience with IT equipment and hardware
  • be a born leader with good organizational skills and analytical mindset manage several activities with focus.
  • enjoy solving problems and exploring the unknown.
  • be able to talk to vendors and colleagues across the globe and appreciate the international culture. Communication is key!
  • speak English (any other language is a plus).
