Job Title: QA Engineer (Consultant)

Overview: Real Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Engineer to support one of our valued partners in Limburg. As a consultant with Real Staffing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality assurance and contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement quality requirements for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain quality control frameworks, including risk assessments, control plans, and process capability studies.
  • Review and approve specifications, validation documents, and other quality-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and optimize quality-related processes.
  • Act as the primary quality contact for customers, addressing quality-related concerns and establishing product specifications and quality agreements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all processes, including control plans, process flow diagrams, and changes during the development process.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality management principles and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role (GMP)
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management principles, validation strategies, risk management, and change control.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Familiarity with QMS standards and relevant industry references.
