Job Description

Establishing the desired technical quality of our products and processes in a demanding high-tech international environment is your goal. Providing clarity and support to all internal and external stakeholders is what enables you to reach that goal.

  • You follow up on quality aspects of production and assist the organization in applying the right tools to identify the root cause.
  • You lead Material Review Boards for product related non-conformities to define Corrective and Preventive actions.
  • You support stakeholders in reaching our quality goals, with an eye for CI and your skill for uplifting them (Product Quality Meetings, FMEA, Kaizen, …)
  • You perform internal product and process audits (QMS, AQAP, FAI, PPAP, …).
  • You support customer and regulatory audits.
  • You analyze and consolidate fall-off data.
  • You create and maintain documented inspection criteria.
  • You develop training and train and support the Internal Operations-teams on various topics, such as QMS, ESD, FOD, counterfeit prevention, assessing (non-)conformities, etc.
  • You are flexible in supporting NPI projects and supplier related actions.

Job requirements

  • You have a higher degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanics and over 5 years of experience with a link to quality engineering
  • You are familiar with production processes and inspection techniques.
  • You know quality systems ISO9001 and CI methodologies in principle and practice. Experience with EN9100 is a plus.
  • You can be supportive and influential in your communication in fluent English and Dutch.
  • You’re willing to travel occasionally (limited).
  • You like getting results in by efficiently working together.
  • And of course, you have analytical skills with an eye for detail.
