Since 2005, as a consultancy for industry and services, we at Abylsen have been exploring new fields of innovation to achieve the objectives we share with our staff, our partners, and the wider world.

We exist of 2 main brands in Belgium : pi life sciences , focused on life sciences consulting area, and Belgatech, which is our engineering brand. We are now over 500 consultants, and our internal team is supporting them with about 85 people. We have offices in Gent, Wavre, Bruxelles, Liège and Eindhoven.

FUNCTION

In collaboration with the group QCSR department, you are in charge of


  • EHS: You ensure compliance with the processes & the safety of the employees. You support the business managers, maintain KPIs, implement improvement actions, ensure legal compliance, prepare audits, obtain new certifications, etc.


  • CSR(diversity, solidarity, ethics, quality of life at work and environnement) : You deploy the actions defined by the Group as part of our CSR Policy and in line with our B-CORP and Ecovadis certifications and our commitment to the Global Compact


  • Information security : You ensure compliance with the GDPR (data storage, access management, deletion...)


  • Internal audits : You manage the internal audit (process, application, spot audit etc.)
The job is based in Brussels but you are expected to travel to our other offices in Belgium (Wavre, Ghent) approximately 3 days per week.


You will report functionally to the Head of QCSR and hierarchically to the HR BP Belgium

PROFILE

  • You speak fluently Dutch, French and English
  • You have a master’s degree and a significant experience in a similar position
  • A prevention advisor certification is a real plus
  • You have excellent organizational, collaborative and communication skills
