We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle; from early-stage research and development through to final validation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mechanical and materials testing programs, from lab-scale research to full product validation
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the organization’s quality strategy and policy
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate testing processes and ensure quality requirements are met
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and other internal departments to support continuous improvement
  • Support quality assurance across all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external research and industry partners
  • Actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and the development of expertise within the organization

Your Profile

  • Experience in developing and performing mechanical testing
  • Familiarity with dimensional measurement systems (e.g., geometric scanning techniques)
  • Background in testing composite materials is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of general quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Independent, accurate, and highly responsible in your work approach
  • Adaptable and able to think flexibly in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, stress-resistant, and solution-focused
  • Strong communicator with an open and respectful attitude toward team collaboration and external stakeholders
