Quality Management Specialist

What is your mission?

  • Development, facilitation, and maintenance of continuous improvement and innovation methodologies/activities to meet the organizations strategic goals:
  • Administration and evaluation of Kaizen-Innovation activities by using and improving the GQM Portal
  • Supporting Kaizen-Innovation activities by providing trainings, coaching and facilitation
  • Playing a key role in improving the current available GQM tools and in deploying them within the Organization through our internal GQM Training Program
  • Coordination and implementation of 5S and other best practice methodologies to drive improvements within departments and sections
  • Supporting process owners to maintain or install winning processes by coordinating the KPI Management and by promoting, facilitating daily management methodologies
  • Supporting organization in managing change and improving performance by promoting and deploying best practice management frameworks, for instance EFQM Model.
  • Playing a key role in running self-assessments
  • Preparing the organization for external assessments in terms of application documents, training and coaching
  • Supporting improvement projects based on external assessment and self-assessments
  • Establishing and implementing benchmarking strategy and its plan
  • Support and coordination of the Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) internal process which includes monthly, quarterly and semi-annual business performance review cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably graduate of Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management field
  • Knowledge and experience on continuous improvement methodologies including knowledge transfer e.g. Kaizen, problem solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5S (black or green belt level acquired are desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience on process, project and change management are welcome
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels, customer-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Very good command of MS Office 365 applications like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Dutch mother tongue or equivalent level, and very good command of English is required
