  • Bachelor’s degree or similar based on experience, in biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft office tools like excel, word, outlook, OneNote.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft project management)
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new systems/software packages
  • Strong communication skills (including English writing and speaking)
  • Experience with independently solving issues
  • Preferred skills would include: flexibility, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and demonstrate sense of urgency

Within Research & Development, the Predictive Investigative Translation Toxicology (PITT) team is a newly formed global team which forms an important partner to drive new safe drug candidates forward to the patients. This includes guiding project teams in the selection of non-toxic compounds in early phases, but also delivering mechanistic support in later phases of development. In addition, there is a continuous evaluation of new innovative assays/techniques to deliver state of the art translational scientific results.


  • Assist in implementing new and ongoing projects in project management tools and support in follow up of actions
  • Deliver support in working out new process from start till implementation
  • Assist in exploring new possibilities for better visualisations/communications and follow up
  • Support financial parts of the organisation by updating existing tools and connecting to relevant partners
  • Work closely together with direct manager and colleagues in a highly collaborative team environment
