Summary
  • Perform Medical Products Support activities on Containers in compliance with Quality rules / policies in order to properly support market needs.
  • Provide support to PM Office in terms of product development and life cycle management.
  • Collaborate effectively with other Baxter functions to ensure product supply continuity.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ability to manage routine small projects without assistance.
  • Act independently with minimal supervision to conduct smaller approved projects. Expected to make suggestion on improvements based on recent technical knowledge.
  • Able to contribute to cost estimating of major capital budget items and the spending of approved project funds.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of components of the development process, which apply to product revision or enhancement or a defined piece of a larger project.
  • Investigate and analyze complaints, participate in preventive and corrective actions and field investigations. Recommend design improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of release of new products/line extensions, product improvements, value improvements, changes in regulatory requirements, supplier-initiated changes, and complaint investigations.
