We are currently seeking for a Recruiter for our partner in the aeronautical services sector located in Zaventem.

The company develop services and IT tools for the aeronautical sector and guaranty the safety of the population.

The role includes soft HR topics with a majority of recruitment.

Job Description – Recruiter

The Recruiter will:

  • Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
  • Play a business partnering role.
  • Organize candidate onboarding and SPOC in the employee life cycle.
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement.

Profile – Recruiter

  • At least 2 years ‘experience in recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and a good level of English.
  • Resilient with good communication & writing skills.
