We are URGENTLY looking for a passionate Recruiter Freelance for a mission at Orange Belgium!

Mission:

You will manage a recruitment portfolio for especially our B2C department: a mix of retail recruitments and higher profiles within our B2C department.

You’re also able to back up colleagues in other departments such as B2B, IT, Finance, HR.

We start with a 3-month assignment, preferably full time and due to high workload, this can be prolonged!

What will you do?

· You are responsible from A to Z for our recruitments.

· You determine the needs together with the business and work closely with hiring managers to build attractive postings in line with our employer branding

·Furthermore, you source actively for candidates in our job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Orange Website)

·You have contact with our recruitment agencies to look also for good candidates, such as Unique and other headhunters.

· You do the administrative follow up in Workday for hired candidates, active candidates in the pipeline and ensure a good onboarding within Orange.

·And finally, you will follow up career coaching’s for employees who are not happy in their job, or have to look for another opportunity in case of reorganizations

Your profile

·You have minimum 2 years of experience as Recruiter, Consultant, Talent Acquisition partner as Freelance in a large company

·You speak very fluently Dutch, French, and English

·You preferably know interview techniques and are used to do further assessments in such as Hudson

· You are a team player who communicates good with other colleagues

·You are proactive and can sell new job opportunities to candidates.

.You can make yourself available ideally full time, but 4/5 is also an option (with 2 days at least in our headquarters in Evere)
