Recruiters - Remote and Brussels, Belgium - French or Dutch speaking

One of our Blue Chip clients is urgently looking for a number of Recruiters.

For this role you can work remotely but once the COVID restrictions have been lifted you will then need to be based full time onsite in Brussels.

Role description

Recruitment A-Z of experienced hires (consultant till senior manager level)

Primary Skillset

Recruiter 1: 8-10 years of recruitment experience of top white collars in Belgium or France where at least 2 years of IT profiles (architects, Infrastructure, AI, digital, cloud, ERP, salesforce, Workday..)

Recruiter 2: 8-10 years of recruitment experience of top white collars ideally within consultancy with a variety of profiles (banking, capital market, finance, supply chain, HR ..)

Secondary Skillset

End-to end recruitment experience: from publishing job description to preparing contract offers.
