We are looking for energetic and dynamic people, our new rockstar, who want to develop their career within Talent Acquisition and help build our future.

As a Talent Acquisition at Abylsen your responsibilities are following:

• Your commitment is reflected in the growth of Abylsen in the engineering department

• You actively search for engineering profiles within a certain field via our database, social media, job boards, ...

• You conduct initial selection interviews with the candidates and closely follow their candidacy

• You work closely with the rest of the team on a daily basis and come up with ingenious solutions together

• Apart from recruitment you will be responsible for additional tasks with the candidate lifecycle

• Together with the Talent Acquisition team and HR you are creating a strong Employer Brand

• You will attend University jobfairs, events, etc..

Profile

• You are (busy) achieving a bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• You are ambitious, driven and result oriented

• You speak excellent Dutch and English

• You have the right communication skills
