As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s sales initiatives, including net new acquisitions as well as up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. You will embody and promote our company values and behaviors, providing leadership and coaching to our Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is designed to scale, potentially evolving into a position that involves coaching and leading a team of sales managers as our business grows.
- Leverage our supply chain position vis a vie our business partners as well as competitor analysis to identify white space and shape our future priorities.
- Develop and execute sales plays for the various sub GTM initiatives of the company
- Lead Marketing and Sales transformation initiatives
- Develop senior level relationship with our current customer base to ensure business continuity, as well as cross and upsell initiatives
- Manage our monthly sales forecasting process with MT.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry: B2B consulting, Agency, or SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of complex sales and one or more buyer centric sales methodologies.
- We are looking for someone who is resourceful and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively and drive results.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking, prepared to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility.
