My client is looking for a Responsible Person for Information and Publicity, the position is nearly full-remote, with offices based in East Flanders.

Responsibilities of the RIP:
  • Create and develop the RIP (Responsible Person for Information) department in close consultation with the Head of Medical Information
  • Endorse all the RIP responsibilities in the context of clients’ activities within the limitation described in the law (handling of medical information, review of promotional material, review of sponsoring, declaration of conformity)
  • Engage in a trustworthy relationship with the clients
  • Possibility to lead the team later
The profile:
  • Professional with intermediate experience in RIP related roles (medical information, samples, declaration of conformity, approval of promotional material review, approval of sponsoring,…)
  • Thorough knowledge of the legislation and guidelines: e.g RD 7 April 1995, pharma.be, Mdeon
  • Project management skills
  • Being able to cope with a broad range of projects and changing priorities
  • Recognition as responsible for pharmaceutical information by the FAMHP
  • Experience in QA as Qualified Person and/or Responsible Person is an asset
  • NL/FR/ENG
