ROLE STATEMENT

The Retention Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for implementing retention and cross-selling campaigns for the Radius Fuel Solutions customers in Belgium.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and the Customer Maintenance Manager, you will also work with other marketing colleagues split over Europe, and will be responsible for the integration of the marketing activities amongst our customer base in order to develop its retention and growth. The position is based in our Ronse/Renaix office.

The three focus areas for the role are as follows:

• Ownership of the marketing communications plan to support & develop our customer base.
• Create, plan and execute the marketing campaigns (retention and cross-selling) for the financial year, with a special focus on Digital channel.
• Measure the impact of your actions on the activity via a reporting and clear recommendations.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· As Marketing Manager, you will

• Work closely with the Customer Maintenance team and the European Marketing Team to design, implement and manage retention campaigns to reach the country objectives.
• Define and implement a communications plan, covering all main customer touch points throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage and be responsible for marketing communication channels & content(e-mail, social media, SMS, WhatsApp, …)aligned with the group’s creative services function to ensure all materials are consistent, professional and fit for purpose across all platforms.
• Ensure overall & specific reporting of your marketing activities.
• Work pro-actively to detect, avoid or cure critical situations.
• Share best practises and expertise across the European marketing team.
• Manage PR and event requirements.
• Create an effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

· As Marketing support, you will

• Define, deploy and iterate the customer value proposition with the support of the in-country customer facing operations.
• Be responsible for identifying changes in the market including direct competitors and working with the senior management to understand potential impact and resultant actions.
• Be actively involved alongside all colleagues in continuously improving how the business acquires, houses, uses and updates customer data.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

· You will be measure on

• the set-up and implementation of your “marketing calendar”.
• retention and cross-selling objectives (churn, % active customers…).
• Sales volume (in number and litres)
• Specific cross-European project/responsibility (if applicable)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (essential skills/attributes)

• At least 1-2 years marketing experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.
• Project management capabilities.
• Digital communication world expertise.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills IT and ENG.
• Competent user of all MS office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATIONS &SPECIALIST TRAINING REQUIRED

• Degree level education, marketing related qualification or equivalent by experience.
