Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with us- Your main responsibilities are assisting with client and engagement acceptance procedures. You perform and document background checks, analyse group structures, identify and follow up on required information for anti-money laundering, embargo’s/sanctions and other compliance related topics. You update the compliance file and prepare a preliminary risk assessment. You initiate and follow up on outgoing conflict checks and respond to incoming conflict checks.
- You support Quality and Risk projects with your contribution to content as well as your assistance to project management by planning, following up on deadlines and preparing deliverables and reporting.
- You assist in maintaining data up to date our systems, administration of national risk management training courses, managing and updating the risk management intranet pages.
- You provide support to the Central Risk Team Lead.
- You report to the Central Risk Team Lead.
- You hold a bachelor or master degree;
- Knowledge of KYC and AML is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- You excel in accuracy and organizational skills;
- You have an eye for detail;
- You are good at analyzing and summarizing;
- You work fluently with word and excel;
- You have great communication skills;
- You are a team player and can work autonomously;
- You have a service minded attitude.
