YOUR CAREER AS A CONSULTANT AT VIBE GROUP

When you start as a Consultant at Vibe Group, you will receive a lot of training, coaching and guidance, especially during your first six months. We teach you everything about sales, staffing and your specific IT market. In this way we ensure that you know your market like no other and that you can get the most out of yourself.

On a daily basis you are busy making new contacts, maintaining contacts and identifying new opportunities in your market. You do this in close collaboration with your direct colleagues to achieve results together. You will work in a young and open environment. Our vision is that our future leaders come from our own pond. We do not look at how long you have been with us, but at the successes you have achieved.

WHAT SHOULD A CONSULTANT BRING?

  • Experience in recruiting is a very big plus.
  • Mother tongue: Dutch or French.
  • Perfect knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 100% perseverance, so don’t give up if things go wrong.
  • An open attitude: despite your experience, there is still a lot to learn.
  • Driving License B.
