As Sales, marketing & events support within Rothschild & Co Asset Management Europe, you will support the entire Northern European sales team. You will have the opportunity to work with very dynamic and experienced professionals across 6 countries. You will report directly to the Head of Northern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for a team of 7 salespeople spread across 3 regions covering 6 countries. It includes update CRM tool, meetings’ minutes, organizing and preparing meetings and calls, organizing and booking travels & agendas, expenses.
  • Liaise with other teams within the Group to coordinate actions, generate ideas, and ensure synergies: communication, marketing, client service, other sales teams / assistants, local Brussels WM teams.
  • Planning and organizing events, roadshows and webinars from A to Z : Searching for new event ideas, negotiating & booking venues, drafting invitations in different languages and preparing guest lists, preparing all necessary documents on time in all necessary languages, mastering webinar platforms when applicable and making sure everything goes as planned during the event itself.
  • Marketing and events budget planning & follow-up on expenses
  • Prepare, review and translate mailings & marketing materials in different languages.
  • Administrative follow-ups with clients, answering daily request for products information or meeting requests.

Experience, Skills And Competencies Required
  • All profiles will be considered with a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar role.
  • The profile must be rigorous, detailed oriented and being able the prioritize and organize.
  • Team players with strong social skills.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Native Dutch (or French) speaker, fluent in French (or Dutch) & English. German would be a plus.
