The talented sales representative is responsible in Belgium & Luxembourg for selling our Clinical Diagnostic products like BRAHMSPCT Sensitive KRYPTOR , Indiko, Procalcitonine and Quality Controls MAS.

Building and continue relationships with our customers in Clinical Laboratories of Hospitals and direct Doctors that will lead towards a successful result for Thermo Fisher Scientific and our customers. Speak about the needs and the products and having negotiation skills that will lead to results for both.
Implemented in the In vitro Diagnostic Market, you will interact with Clinical Laboratories in both private and public segments. Preferably experiences in these different laboratory fields as a sales professional.
Your main contacts are usually with biologists, physicians, biomedical engineers, quality managers, purchasers.
Excellent advantage when you speak the same language as our customers.
Responsibilities
In charge of developing revenues for your territory, you execute strategic and tactical sales plan.
You consolidate existing customers in setting strong commercial relationship and in parallel
you proactively chase for new customers.
You create a stable network with customers, internal and external business partners and local
authorities and associations.
You report activity and update new upcoming opportunities in CRM (Customer Relation Management database )(SFDC) on weekly basis.
In charge of tracking and answering to tender and you set commercial offers and contracts for
customers.
You will work with colleagues for all activities in your territory involving clinical specialists,
product specialists, customer service, Key Account managers, etc...
You develop and update knowledges regarding the Market and Customer Needs related to your
products.
Experience
Shown experience in sales position in healthcare or related industry, preferably in Vitro Diagnostics and experiences in negotiation, propose offers etc..
An advantage if you are familiar within this diagnostic market and her customers.
Skills & Education
Scientific or Medical Background: Bachelor or Master in Science (biology) and/or commercial education. At least speak "the language of our customers".
Sales Oriented With Listening Skills
Analytical & intellectual capacity. Understand the customer needs and give our customers support. Strive for excellence and extraordinairy results.
Well organized
Team spirit and ability to work in a professional organization with a high energy level..
Languages
Local languages is a must French and Dutch, English is good to have.
