What you will do:

You’ll work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build your knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical and product knowledge as well as selling styles and techniques. They will serve as your coaches and mentors to share lessons learned for how to build and grow a successful business.

We offer you training and expect you to study and prepare yourself autonomously to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. The expectations are challenging yet rewarding:

• You’ll represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace.

• You’ll determine the necessary resources needed for our customers to achieve sales objectives and then execute the plan. The resources may include educational programs and diversified sales strategies.

What we are looking for:

• Physical Therapy and Orthopedics background is desirable but not essential

• Bring your energy and drive to travel within Belgium to be present at customer’s sides.

• Bring an interest in this industry, we will teach you our exciting product portfolio.

• Bring your bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma or Business

• Are fluent in both Dutch in English

• Have 1+ years successful commercial or clinical experience

• Have a customer friendly behavior fitting our Stryker culture

• Have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills and consider yourself to be a team player.

• Self-starter

Territory: Flanders/North Belgium

Based location: Any main city of the region, including Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven

Travel percentage: 80%

Operating room required: 50%
