We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (M/F/X) for our client Sligro-ISPC, specialist in high-quality food & non-food products for the hospitality professional.

  • Type of contract : Full time fixed contract (38h/week) - Monday to Friday
  • Starting date : As soon as possible
  • Location : Straatsburgdok-Zuidkaai 8 - 2030 Antwerpen
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Your specific roles will be to :
  • Work with the Sales team to research the customer’s needs and translate them into an appropriate quotation.
  • Calculate prices and incorporate them into a competitive price proposal.
  • Ensure that the customer’s contract agreements are applied.
  • Monitor the correct setup of conditions and price agreements, the deadlines of the requests and ensure that the agreed processes are followed.
  • Support the Sales team in carrying out administrative tasks and think along to optimize these processes.
  • Provide information, figures, analysis and reports for discussion in the Sales meetings.
Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:

  • You have graduated in marketing, sales, business or administration.
  • You have good communication skills in Ducth and French.
  • You are people & customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to multitask, adapt, meet deadlines and work as efficiently as possible.
  • You can think ’out of the box’ and you are not afraid to give recommendations (initiative - pro-activity - problem solving).
