Are you looking for a new English speaking opportunity in the area of SAP C4C in Belgium?

Then look no further!

One of our most important clients – a well-known SAP Gold Partner with presence across Europe – are expanding aggressively in the Benelux region and have asked us to help them grow their team.

We are currently being tasked with finding SAP C4C or CX experts – ideally with HANA experience to join them in their expansion across these countries. Our client want someone with this skillset to help them grow the team in Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg.

An excellent salary of up to 125.000 EUR is on offer for the perfect candidate!

Tasks

  • Working with SAP Sales/Service Cloud
  • Performing other CX and SAP ERP integrations
  • Experience in scoping and configuring of SAP Sales/Service Cloud processes
  • Planning, preparing, executing, and leading business process mapping workshops and conducting requirement gathering workshops
  • Documentation of customer requirements and process flows
  • Good understanding of CRM processes (preferably within SAP Sales/Service Cloud)
  • Performing presales and acquiring new business with clients
  • Working closely with the customer stakeholders and also report to the project management
Requirements

  • Very good project management skills
  • Self-driven – a strong sense of independence, and possess urge to learn and become more competent
  • Experience in consulting and implementation of IT solutions. Preferably with SAP Sales/Service Cloud
  • Experience with customer-oriented processes, such as sales, marketing and / or service.
  • Fluent in English and communication skills in English and ideally a European language
