*SAP CoE Manager - 6 or 12 months + ext. - Hybrid/Brussels.* RED now has a new opportunity fora senior SAP profile to join one of our key partners as a Centre of Excellence Manager. The initial contract is for 6 to 12 months with the option to join the client permanently after this (not a must but an option). This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 2 days pr week in Brussels and 3 days remote. You will be responsible for a CoE team of 9 will drive performance, as well as ensure stakeholder commitment for process and IT changes within SAP. The focus of the role is people management - NOT project delivery. Specific skills/experience required:

  • 10+ years SAP experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing a Centre Of Excellence or other teams (not project management).
  • Excellent English communication skills and be fluent in English.
  • Able to join within 4 weeks.

Candidates has to be local to Belgium or adjacent countries.
