????Looking for a new challenge in the fast-paced world of executive interim management? Our partner is expanding their team in Leuven to meet the growing demand for General Management and Finance profiles. Join our client as an Account Manager and take your career to the next level!

✅About the Role:

As our Account Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to develop and manage your own client portfolio, negotiating interim management contracts for executive level positions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Account Manager to select the most suitable Executive Interim Manager from our extensive client’s portfolio. During the assignment, you’ll act as a sounding board to the Interim Manager, closely monitoring the progress of the assignment and maintaining regular contact with the client. You’ll play a vital role as the ultimate trustworthy Account Manager to the client’s stakeholders.

✅About You:

You’re a natural when it comes to networking and effective C-level negotiations. You have a strong business acumen, commercial and development skills to acquire new clients, and generate repeat business with existing clients. You hold a Master’s degree in business or other relevant studies, have at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, and possess good analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. With a partnership mindset and a willingness to exceed our customers’ expectations, you’re professional, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. You bring excellent networking and negotiation skills to the table, making you the perfect fit for this exciting role.
