Our client, an Investment Real Estate company specializing in property development and asset optimization, is looking for a Senior Accountant to contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing growth.

Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day accounting operations.

Prepare and review financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).

Month-end and year-end closing processes , ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Assist in budget preparation , variance analysis, and forecasting activities.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.

Prepare and submit tax returns, VAT declarations, and other statutory reporting requirements in compliance with Belgian regulations.

Assist in coordinating external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Profile:
You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.

You hold a degree’ in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economic Science.

You have at least a minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior professional in similar structure.

You are diligent, team player, reliable and an excellent leader who enjoyed multitasking and executing with high attention to detail.
