Our client is a global network of independent firms operating in over 20 countries worldwide, with several offices in Belgium. It specializes in audit, accounting, tax, management consulting, risk management and other business-related services.

We are looking for aSenior Auditor (Fr/ENG ORNdl/ENG) to join their dynamic team based in Zaventem.

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Strategic Advisorship: Transition from performing financial audits to directly advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.
• Team Management: Take on the role of a team manager, overseeing and evaluating team members ’on the job’ for optimal performance.
• File Oversight: Ensure the completeness of files, meticulously monitoring invoicing and profitability.
• Senior Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in technical audit knowledge, with ambitions to attain the prestigious title of a registered auditor.
• Problem Identification: Proactively identify and address issues within customer files, even during audit cycles led by your team or colleagues.
• Effective Communication: Engage in structured and regular communication with supervisors, managers, and partners.

The perfect profile:

• Initiative and Collaboration: Individuals with a strong sense of initiative, adept at both independent work and collaborative efforts within a team.
• Entrepreneurial Background: Holders of an entrepreneurial university degree in economics, business sciences, or a related field, with a focus on Belgian Accounting and Audit.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an external auditor.
• Adaptability: Flexibility in terms of work location, often stationed at clients’ sites.
• People-Oriented: Possess people-oriented and management skills.
• Commitment to Success: Exhibit a sense of ownership, pride in performance, and commitment to the company’s success.
• Analytical Skills: Critical thinkers with robust problem-solving skills.
