Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business/Functional Analyst to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional who can take end-to-end ownership of projects, from requirements gathering through to implementation and configuration. As a key player in our team, you will act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that our digital, web, and app products meet business needs and drive our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap and Strategy Development: Create and implement the roadmap for digital transformation, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure digital, web, and app solutions that meet the identified requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the adoption of best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing digital, web, and app products.
  • Proven track record in managing digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
