Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own & Scale Customer Success: Drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention, ensuring users extract maximum value from our platform.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and proactively propose solutions that enhance their experience and performance.
  • Bridge Between Customers & Product: Gather insights and work with Product & Tech teams to ensure that our AI-driven solution continues to evolve based on real user needs.
  • Implement Best Practices & Processes: Help define and refine CSM playbooks, onboarding strategies, and proactive engagement frameworks to increase efficiency.
  • Expand Revenue Opportunities: Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and expansion opportunities, turning customer success into a key driver of growth.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial & Proactive: You don’t just execute; you think ahead, anticipate challenges, and drive initiatives.
  • Customer-Obsessed: You deeply care about delivering value and crafting a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You are comfortable analyzing usage patterns, customer health metrics, and feedback to drive decisions.
  • Strong Communicator: You know how to influence, persuade, and guide customers towards success, while also working cross-functionally with teams.
  • Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner: Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or sports technology is a plus, but an ability to adapt quickly to new technologies is a must.
  • Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a strong plus.
