SeniorIT Support Engineer - Tasks:

  • You will be providing operational support including workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization.
  • You will be learning and applying new technologies to manage and deploy business critical applications.
  • You will be working autonomously and with a team on automatization processes, so you are expected to have great Team Leading skills.

Profiles


Senior IT Support Engineer- Profile:

  • You have relevant experience technical skills both organisational and configurational (VPN, MFA, AD, VM, Windows 10, O365, Intune, Exchange, Network… ) Knowledge of scripting and Apple IOS and MacOS is an asset.
  • You are solution oriented and enjoy working autonomously as well as within a small team.
  • You speak Dutch/English,another language is an asset.
