  • Project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion
  • Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost-effective concepts and solutions
  • Coordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handover
  • Support in developing with the client project and procurement strategies
  • Preparing time schedules, and cost estimates incl. monitoring resources and schedules
  • Supervision of contractors site activities
  • Working together with other colleagues within the Drees & Sommer International organization
  • Overall management and responsibility for success of projects
Your profile
  • Qualified degree level in architecture or civil engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the fields of property management, engineering or real estate consulting; knowledge in the office sector is an advantage
  • International work experience and intercultural competence preferred
  • Excellent English / French or English / Dutch language skills
  • Ability to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors and designers at all levels in a proactive way
  • Willingness and assertiveness to lead with leadership / team skills
  • Willingness to travel within Belgium
