Our client, an innovative company in the Real Estate sector is looking for a Senior Property Manager to help its team in Brussels

Your Tasks
  • You manage the heritage department
  • You are in charge of the ongoing construction sites
  • You are responsible for the tenant & lease management of the properties
  • You maintain good relations with trustees, insurance companies and banks
  • You collaborate with other manager of the team
  • You keep reporting
Your Profile
  • You speak French & English fluently
  • You are a salesman with 7 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector
  • You have a previous experience in Property & Real Estate Management
  • You manage perfectly IT tools such as office pack and Mac environment
  • You possess strong management and organizational skills
  • You are flexible, team player with outstanding presentation
