About ChorusChorus is a WA based organisation with close to 1000 team members and volunteers who support seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey and those living with disability. About The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Specialist - People & Culture to coach and support leaders to build a high-performance culture. You will become a trusted specialist advisor to the business, with the ability to liaise and collaborate with Chorus people at all levels and prepare high quality specialist advice in the areas of:
- Recruitment & selection
- Employment relations
- Performance management
- Remuneration & benefits
- Policies & procedures process improvement
- Grievance & complaint management
- Experienced in interpreting Awards and helping to ensuring Chorus compliance;
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in interpreting and applying HR principles, processes and procedures, with a strong customer focus.
- Exceptional influencing and relationship building skills;
- Positively promote the organisation and represent our culture and core purpose;
- An awesome work ethic, which includes energy, attention to detail and self-motivation;
Prerequisites
- A relevant tertiary qualification such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Organisational Psychology
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in People / HR
- Demonstrated ability to interpret Awards
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- NDIS Workers Screening check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence & own vehicle
- Autonomy, variety, and a sense of purpose and knowing that every day you have made a difference
- Variety of work locations – a mix of working from home or any Chorus office
- Remuneration package in the range of $90k to $120k, depending on experience
- Salary packaging options of up to $15,900 per year tax-free which increases your take home pay. Plus, an additional tax-free amount of $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment
