  • 5 to 8 years of working experience in C&B is a must - ideally with an expertise in International assignment
remuneration, relocation, immigration
  • Strong analytical / conceptual skills are a must, as well as a fact based and logical mindset
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communicator in English (TME business language)
  • Must be willing to work independently & as a team towards a result
  • Project management experience

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description:
You will report to the Senior Manager Reward and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team. The Reward team, based in our European Headquarters in Brussels, is part of the Talent Transformation Division and leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework. The Division is also responsible for People & Innovation (P&I) policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company HR initiatives. The team’s biggest challenge today is to transform our reward strategy and get ready for future. Each of us has the full accountability to contribute to this challenge with own breakthrough ideas and be part of this transformation journey.

Your responsibilities:

  • As a primary focus, you will be responsible for the Expatriate Reward Strategy. This means you will be responsible to propose new ways we can improve our Expatriate policies to create an excellent employee experience. You will need to co-create this with your colleagues and business functions.
  • You will Lead or contribute to projects relating to
o The expatriate experience
o Assignment management flexibility
o Compliance
o Cross - HR development
  • Your role may also entail to
o Support Reward Management in setting Total Reward Strategy for our TME entities across Europe (Incl. Head Office, warehouses etc) as well as for our Pan-E Executives;
o Analyze surveys & benchmarks versus our policies and determine our position versus market;
o Analyze and recommend changes in our reward systems and policies (international mobility, cars, bonus, base, benefits, …);
o Support other HR teams on Reward related topics and cooperation within P&I on payroll, expatriate management, organization & development etc;
o Look for fiscal & cost optimization in all Reward aspects
