Responsibilities

• Network Planning: Proficiency understanding in planning and optimizing indoor network coverage and capacity, considering factors like frequency planning, antenna placement, and interference management.
• Project Management: Experience in managing end-to-end indoor service projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
• Vendor Management: Skill in collaborating with equipment vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of indoor solutions
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting indoor network performance promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards of the different regions in Belgium, ensuring compliance and safety requirements.
• Customer Focus: Ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their indoor
• Service Quality: Commitment to maintaining high service quality standards for indoor network coverage, call quality, data throughput, and overall user experience.
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation related to indoor network configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Data Analysis: Capability to understand network performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize indoor service delivery.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and resources for indoor network projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Health and Safety: Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines specific to indoor telecom installations, ensuring the well-being of staff and compliance with safety regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other departments such as engineering, operations, and sales to align indoor service delivery with broader business goals.
• Innovation: Willingness to explore innovative technologies and techniques to enhance indoor coverage and capacity solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying complex telecom concepts clearly.

Job requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on indoor service delivery and operations.
• Indepth understanding of mobile telecom technologies, infrastructure, and equipment used for indoor coverage and capacity enhancement.
• A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field is typically preferred.
