PAID CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Defining social ads campaign strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat , TikTok., etc.)
- Launching of social campaigns (set up, execution, implementation)
- Daily optimizing of short & long term performance campaigns on social media in order to increase ROI
- Cross digital social strategy integration (broad social vision – pure social/trading/etc.)
- Broadening vision and expertise to other search and other paid media.
- Collaborating within and cross departments in gathering and sharing information on latest evolutions, campaigns,...
- Working hand in hand with their programmatic buying unit in order to maximise cross-channel data usage
- Teamworking within the Paid Campaign team (Social & Search) together with the Tribe Leads
- Working closely with the Platform Expert and Strategists, creative agencies and their agencies
- In-depth reporting of campaign results to clients, following up on a daily basis
- Analysing reports and gather insights and lessons learned
- Ensuring daily client management
- Proactively communicating with clients
- Supporting Account Managers & CSD in their client management
- Ensuring correct and relevant client presentations
- Being able to spot biz dev opportunities
- Initiating client and planning trainings

Do you have…
- Min 2 years of experience in paid social media campaign management
- Experience in search (and/or other digital areas)
- Knowledge of social media tracking, performance and scheduling tools and trends across social platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (essential)
- Relevant constructive client management and support experience
- Pro-active actionable person: think, propose & do.
- Problem solving attitude. High quality standards, strong analytical and result-oriented mindsets are essential.
- Stress resistant ability and ability to prioritize, with independence in work organization and collaboration with other people.
- Empathic qualities: know how to deal with a variety of people and clients under stress.
- Teamspirit
- Excellent MS Office skill (excel, ppt).
- Trilingualism is the cherry on the cake (N/FR/ENG).
- You will be responsible for meeting clients’ expectations and service quality but also maintaining optimal campaign performance.
