Je verantwoordelijkhedenIs the gatekeeper of the National Brand Sourcing activities for Delhaize Belux. Delivering data, analysis & processes to ensure efficiency, speed & accurate decisions in full compliance with company policies.
  • Private Brand negotiations : Ensures NB negotiations/tenders end to end process with all stakeholders (2 billion euros)
  • Monthly Reporting out : Ensures clear visibility of save to invest program
  • Audit/Internal Control : Ensures departmental compliancy with company policies
  • Synergies : Ensures synergies are tracked and visible in P&L
  • Data & Intelligence Management : Ensures data is reliable and allows perfomance management
  • Stakeholders management : Interacts with key stakeholders to ensure transparency on sourcing activities
Je profiel
  • Master degree in business administration
  • Industry and/or related businesses
  • 5 years experience in auditing/business consulting
  • Resilience and agility
  • Business acumen and financially savvy
  • Strong interpersonal understanding and relationship building
  • Influencing skills (proven ability to embark others)
  • Strongly compliant to regulations, procedures and standards
  • Strong operational orchestration capabilities
  • Cultural awareness
  • Strong knowledge of Visual Basic (VBA)
