We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis to join our RBS BRUSSELS SUB-CUSTODY BILLING team. This role is located in Brussels - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities.
• Serves as a project lead around Custody Market Recon.
• Contributes to development of new processes or procedures for required analytics.
• Applies process to gather, organize end review operational data/metrics.
• Analyizes and synthesizes the data, complies data into reports and/or presentations.
• Communicates effectively with technical and business staff.
• Develops and delivers information and decision seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
• No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced staff or project leadership.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• More than 20 years’ experience in Operations, Business analysis, Project Management
• Analytic Skills
