About Our Client

Our client is an international family company leader in Belgium and seeking for a new Supply Chain Manager.

Join a dynamic & growing company and be actor of its development in Bastogne.

Job Description

As Supply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Manage a team of 10 FTE
  • Negotiate, manage, and optimize the purchasing of goods
  • Coordinate the logistics activities with other departments (production, commercial, quality…)
  • Manage the purchasing, stock management and distribution
  • Optimize and organize the workforce planning
  • Be involve in the transport strategy, the subcontractor negotiation & definition of incoterms
  • Stand for continuous improvement (cost management and optimization, processes optimization and implementation, …)
  • Stand for the application of HSE Standards

The Successful Applicant

Profile - Supply Chain Manager :

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in industrial environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leader and analytics skills
  • Good Supply Chain overview
  • Fluent in French and English
